1-hour delivery applies to express orders paid 8am–8pm, Monday to Saturday (Sydney time), for any language, any number of pages, with a clear and complete photo or scan. Orders paid outside these hours are delivered within 1 hour of the next opening. If we miss the 1-hour delivery time, the express surcharge ($70 per page) is refunded automatically.

Why the 1-hour promise holds
Translators are on call during covered hours, and every order is checked by a person, not just software. We only accept express orders when a translator is available to deliver on time. If we cannot meet the deadline for your document, we tell you before you pay.
Before you order: check where you will use it
- Department of Home Affairs (visa, citizenship): if you apply from Australia, the translation must show the translator's NAATI practitioner number.
- VIC, QLD, WA, SA licence transfers: these states accept translations by NAATI translators.
- NSW licence transfer: Service NSW only accepts translations from Multicultural NSW, the Department of Home Affairs Free Translating Service, or (for Korean and Taiwanese licences) the relevant consulate. Our translation will not be accepted for this. It is fine for driving in NSW on your overseas licence.
The authority you submit to always makes the final decision. If you are unsure, ask them before ordering.
FAQ
Is the translation "NAATI certified"? It is certified by a translator who holds NAATI certification for your language pair. The PDF carries the translator's details and their NAATI digital stamp, which can be checked online.
Do you use AI? Yes, to prepare a first draft quickly. A NAATI-certified translator reviews and corrects every word and takes responsibility for the translation by stamping it.
Can I get a paper copy? You receive a PDF. You can print it. If the place you submit to requires an original hard copy, tell us before ordering.
What if my photo is blurry or a page is missing? We ask you for a new photo before starting. The 1-hour clock starts when we have a readable copy of every page.
What counts as a page? One side of one document. A driver licence front and back usually counts as 1 page.

Errors corrected free
If the translation contains an error, we correct it free of charge.
Full refund if ordered by mistake
If you placed an order by mistake and we have not started, we refund in full. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
