If you apply from Australia, the Department of Home Affairs asks for the translator's NAATI practitioner number on the translation. Ours show it. The PDF is ready to upload to ImmiAccount.
How it works
You upload and pay. Software prepares a draft, then a NAATI-certified translator checks every word and certifies it. The PDF arrives by email.

The five steps
Take a photo or scan of each page. Drop the files on the page or pick them from your phone. We ask for your email at the start, so we can help if a photo is unclear.
Tell us the document type and its language, pick express or standard, and see your total before you pay. You pay on our payment partner’s secure page. No account to create.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, software reads your document and prepares a first draft of the English translation, so the translator starts from a full draft rather than a blank page.
The translator compares the draft with your original, corrects every word, and certifies the translation with their own NAATI digital stamp. They take responsibility for it.
The certified PDF arrives by email. Print it, or upload it straight to your application. Nothing is posted.

Who does what
It prepares a first draft in minutes. That is the only reason we can promise 1 hour.
A NAATI-certified translator compares the draft with your original and corrects it. The software never has the last word.
The certification carries their name, practitioner number and NAATI digital stamp. They are responsible for the translation, not the software.
Before you upload
The 1-hour clock starts when we have a readable copy of every page. A clear photo is the fastest way to a fast delivery.
Daylight works well. Avoid the flash and shadows across the text.
Lay the document flat and keep all four corners visible.
Zoom in on your photo before uploading. If you can read it, so can we.
Upload both sides of a licence or card. A licence counts as 1 page.
For an electronic police certificate, upload the full PDF including the verification code.
JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF, straight from your phone camera or a scanner.
What you receive
No courier, no waiting for the post. It arrives in the same inbox you gave us at the start.
Is it accepted?
If you apply from Australia, the Department of Home Affairs asks for the translator's NAATI practitioner number on the translation. Ours show it. The PDF is ready to upload to ImmiAccount.
If your licence is not in English, carry an English translation or an International Driving Permit with it. See driving as a visitor.
Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia accept translations by NAATI translators. For ACT, Tasmania and the Northern Territory, check with the licensing authority first. See driver licence translation.
We are a private translation service, not affiliated with NAATI, the Department of Home Affairs or any government agency. The authority you submit to decides what it accepts, so if you are in doubt, check its website before ordering.

Yes, to prepare a first draft quickly. A NAATI-certified translator then compares the draft with your original, corrects every word and takes responsibility for the translation by stamping it. No translation is sent without that human check.
